Det brukar normalt kännas olustigt att lämna bilen på verkstad. Det brukar bli dyrt och jag känner mig utnyttjad. Hos Saapel blev det heeelt annorlunda!
Jag blev väldigt trevligt bemött, allt gick smidigt och kommunikationen var väldigt bra. Jag kände mig glad och nöjd efter att ha hämtat bilen.
Det här blir absolut min nya go-to-verkstad för mina bilar.

I have done my timing belt & collant liquid change yesterday but today I saw the warning that coolant level is low then when I checked liquid is less than Minimum level in my car. This is totally looks like a fraud, since from today shops are closed due to chirstmas leave i'm not able to do it anythiing my whole vacation plan collapsed due to this, I need leagl action for this

Hello Dhinesh,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. But when you change the timing belt sometimes the coolant level lowers because the water pump and thermostat needs time to open and work correctly. The guy who works in the office also forgot to give you 1 liter coolant liquid which you put in the liquid container. So we are very sorry for this inconvenience. Our workshop is open on the 29th of december and we hope that you aren't mad at us since the inconvenience wasn't on purpose. We would like you to come to the workshop so we can give you the coolant liquid and provide a better service for you aswell as giving you a free service of oil- and oilfilter.
