Very disappointed with this workshop and would not recommend it for anyone with a modern or expensive car.
I paid 2,000 SEK for a GPF pressure sensor replacement—later I found the part costs around 400 SEK. The sensor failed again after only three months, and instead of replacing the faulty part under warranty or providing a proper diagnosis, the workshop charged me another 2,000 SEK for ECU reprogramming.
The reprogramming only removed the warning light but did NOT fix the underlying problem. My car still has reduced performance, especially at higher speeds. This is not professional service.
Prices are extremely high for simple work, and you must always negotiate because they try to charge top price immediately.
Based on my experience, this workshop does not stand behind their work, does not handle warranty issues properly, and does not provide transparent or reliable service. I strongly recommend choosing another place if you care about your car and want honest, professional repairs

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied. However, we would like to clarify that we always provide a written quotation before any work is started, and the customer is free to accept or decline it. We never proceed without approval.
In this case, the booking was made through Autobutler, where a quotation must be approved in their system by the customer before we are allowed to begin the work.
Accepting the quotation and choosing our workshop, and then later complaining about the price, is unfortunately something we cannot influence. If the price is considered too high, the quotation should not be accepted in the first place.
